The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on wantthattrend.com. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

 

The Goods

We endeavor to give as much technical information as is reasonable about the products we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.

 

Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

 

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received.

 

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

 

Delivery Charges

All products are subject to a delivery charge. We ship to United Kingdom.  Additional custom charges (duties) may be required when buying online from the UK after Brexit.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery will normally be made within 3 working days from clearance of payment, depending on location, usually arriving within 7 days. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery.

Please note Next Day service typically arrives the next working day after dispatch but it is not a guaranteed service.

 

Not receive your order?

If your order has not been delivered within the timescales for your country, please contact us. Please include your order number in the message so we can speed up the search.

 

If we cannot locate your parcel, we will send you a ‘Missing Parcel Claim Form’ to sign and return to JBs Fashwear. This will act as a declaration of your claim. once we receive your declaration we will investigate the claim, and advise you of the outcome. If appropriate, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for your purchase.

 

Risk

Once we have delivered the goods to your door, you are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the purchase order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

 

Returned Goods

You have a right to cancel and return your items within 14 days of you receiving your order.

 

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of receiving the order back from the customer. Your Bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account. Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced. Please ensure that swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.

 

All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns. We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery. JBs Fashwear will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.

 

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

 

Please note Sale items or clearance stock purchased online are eligible for store credit only. Please ensure an account is made via our website for the store credit to be applied.

 

Promo Codes & Competitions

From time to time, we may offer promo codes which may apply to any, or certain specified purchases made through the JBs Fashwear Website.

• Each Promo Code will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the promo code is issued in addition to those mentioned in these Terms of Use.
• There are two ways of receiving a promo code:
• We may send promo codes to you via email.
• We may offer promo codes on the JBs Fashwear Website that you can apply at checkout in order to receive a specific discount from us.
• We may share a promo code on our social media channels.
• A promo code can’t be applied to an order after that order has been placed.
• Certain brand or product category exclusions may apply which will be stated in the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change this if we deem necessary.
• If the promo code has expired, you won’t be able use it.
• We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility once we have given you a promo code and we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement if it gets lost and/or gets used by someone else as this will result in the promo code being cancelled.
• If a promo code is offered on the JBs Fashwear Website and can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the promo code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promo code.
• Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you receive a VIP promo code, it can only be used by you on your own JBs Fashwear account for the purpose for which it was issued. You must keep it confidential and only use it for making your own orders JBs Fashwear. Do not pass your code directly on to others or make it available to others (for example, posting it on social media or on a forum). If we believe that at the point of purchase or retrospectively you are abusing the use of promo codes in any way (for example, selling them to others), we reserve the right to cancel your promo code without letting you know beforehand.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

The terms and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions as detailed above.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a JBs Fashwear product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, JBs Fashwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. JBs Fashwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, JBs Fashwear shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.

 

Ordering with JBs Fashwear online is handled with our third party payment gateways, Stripe and Paypal, to ensure that your credit/debit card information is handled with the highest security possible.

 

The Stripe and PayPal payment servers use Secure Socket Layer technology which creates a secure layer between your browser program and your Internet connection.

 

When you place an order on our site you will be transferred directly to the relevant payment server, where you will see a small padlock appear at the bottom of your browser’s window. This padlock shows you that your browser is displaying a secure page. If you click on this padlock you will see our digital certificate information guaranteeing the identity of the page.

 

SSL also encrypts data and verifies that it was not altered between your computer and our server. To the best of our knowledge there has never been a breach of security reported using SSL (secure socket layer) technology.

 

At no point are any credit/debit card transactions sent over an unsecured connection. We never see the full card details of your payment to us.
